The Pack
Oakley
Face of the Company & The Original Supreme K9
Oakley, the 11-year-old Siberian Husky with a fiery spirit, was more than just a dog—he was the heart and soul of the company. His journey began with a challenging start, displaying behaviors that raised concerns, which led Otto to enroll him in a group training class. From that moment, a bond was formed, sparking Otto’s deep passion for dog training.
In January 2024, Oakley earned his wings, but his legacy lives on. He was an exemplary dog—well-trained, reliable on and off-leash, and a true testament to breaking the stereotypes of his breed. Oakley not only proved the power of proper training but also became Otto’s greatest teacher. Through Oakley, Otto honed his skills and learned invaluable lessons, ultimately paving the way for Otto to successfully rehabilitate countless client dogs.
Oakley wasn’t just the inspiration behind the brand—he was The Original Supreme K9. His spirit, discipline, and dedication are the foundation of everything Otto does today. While Oakley is deeply missed by many, his legacy continues to inspire and shape the work that Otto does every day. Oakley will forever be the cornerstone of the company, a reminder that even the most challenging beginnings can lead to extraordinary outcomes.
Lobo
Helper Dog & Service Dog
Lobo, an 8-year-old German Shepherd/Husky mix, came into Otto’s life when he was just 3 months old. His first family gave him up due to “biting” their toddler, a common consequence of a puppy being given too much freedom. From the moment Otto brought Lobo home, training began, and it didn’t take long for Lobo to become a central part of the Supreme K9 family. Today, he serves as the company’s main helper dog.
With a calm, easy-going nature, Lobo is unflappable—he can be barked at or snapped at with little more than a blink. His even temperament makes him an ideal helper dog, especially when it comes to teaching other dogs to respect boundaries. But Lobo’s reliability doesn’t stop there; he’s also Otto’s trusted Service Dog, supporting him through PTSD and anxiety. You’ll find Lobo by Otto’s side 100% of the time, offering calm and stability in every situation.
After years of dedicated service, Lobo is ready to retire. Otto is now in the process of training his new Service Dog prospect, but Lobo’s legacy will continue to live on as a reminder of his unwavering loyalty, resilience, and the vital role he has played in Otto’s life and work.
Luna
Angel Dog
Luna was a 5-year-old German Shepherd/Husky mix, the unexpected result of an accidental breeding between Lobo and Leiah. As the only surviving puppy in the litter, Otto felt a deep sense of responsibility for her, and from that moment, Luna became an integral part of his life.
Luna began her journey as a helper dog at just 2 years old and quickly grew into the role. Her playful and social nature made her an invaluable asset, especially for dogs in need of socialization. Born into a pack, Luna was highly socially tolerant, which made her an exceptional helper for fear aggression cases and pushy puppies alike.
Tragically, Luna developed a rare lung condition that ultimately led to her passing in February 2023. Known for her boundless energy and playful spirit, she earned the affectionate nickname "Psycho"—a tribute to her high-energy personality.
In honor of Luna’s legacy, Otto now hosts annual fundraiser pack walks, called the Luna ‘The Psycho’ Fundraiser Packwalk. These events raise crucial funds for local rescues and shelters, specifically to support medical care for the dogs they care for. Luna may no longer be with us, but her spirit lives on in every step taken to help those in need, ensuring that her impact continues to be felt in the lives of countless animals.
Leiah
Retired Helper Dog / ESA
Leiah is a 13 year old Siberian Husky rescued from South Jersey when her previous owner couldn’t keep her anymore due to unexpected issues. Leiah was being bounced around from foster home to foster home and was a very shut down dog. Otto hesitated to take her in and work with her because he was in his early stages as a trainer at the time but with patience and guidance she has blossomed.
Leiah has proven to be a tremendous learning experience for Otto. As an amazing mother to Luna, Leiah taught Otto so much about dogs’ instinctual behaviors.
Leiah is now retired as a helper dog but continues her work as an ESA (Emotional Support Animal).
Levi
Occasional Helper Dog
Levi is a 5-year-old Belgian Malinois shepherd mix who entered Otto’s life in 2022 when he met his partner, Marisa. Marisa adopted Levi when he was a puppy, having gotten him during the challenging times of the pandemic. Unfortunately, this meant Levi missed out on some critical developmental stages in his early life, which led to him becoming a reactive dog.
Before meeting Otto, Marisa dedicated a lot of time to training Levi, working hard to address his challenges. Their paths crossed at an event called Bite Night, hosted by a group of trainers focused on personal protection work for dogs. It was there that Otto and Marisa’s connection with Levi truly began, marking the start of a new chapter for all three of them.
Levi’s journey is a testament to the importance of early socialization and the hard work it takes to rehabilitate and train a reactive dog. Together, Otto and Marisa continue to work with Levi, helping him overcome his past challenges and grow into a more balanced and confident dog.
You might catch Levi hanging out at the studio from time to time, lending a hand to other reactive dogs with his signature loud bark—now perfectly on command! His vocal presence helps teach the dogs the boundaries and confidence they need, all while adding a bit of fun to the mix.

Lakota
Future Helper Dog/ Service Dog Prospect
Lakota is an 8-month-old Labrador Retriever from Climbing Stone Labradors who came into Otto’s life at just the right moment. After having to say goodbye to Oakley, his heart dog, Otto was certain he wouldn’t be getting another dog. But as Lobo, his service dog, began showing signs of fatigue, Otto and Marisa had a heart-to-heart about the possibility of adding a new member to their pack.
Enter Lakota Phoenix. Not only is she a natural service dog prospect, but without even trying, she began healing Otto’s broken heart. As Otto continues to work on her training, Lakota is quickly becoming an essential part of the family. You can catch glimpses of her at the studio on our Instagram or follow her account, where Otto shares updates on how he's raising her to become his next service dog.
