Apprenticeship Program

An opportunity to spend time with the Supreme K9 Team learning the in’s and out’s of running a pet-dog training business on multiple levels:

• Spend time with the training team and experience how we approach training to be inclusive of a full gamut of dogs — small to large, puppies to adult, from basic obedience goals to more complex behavioral challenges.

• Learn how to take operant and classical concepts and apply them into action.

• Gain a deeper understanding of a variety of training tools and when, why and how to leverage them properly and fairly.

• Explore the importance of different motivators, clear communication, relationship building, and how to building-block training that results in owner success in real-world distractions.

• Observe team meetings, lessons with owners, and wherever the team’s days take them.

• Beyond training, also learn about business processes, systems, and other business aspects that drive a seamless client experience.
